Wiese offers a comprehensive line of gates, rails, and guards to help ensure that you can operate your plant safely and efficiently.  Listed below are some of the common items that we supply.

Safety Railing

SafetyRail is a steel guardrail system that protects your equipment and employees from costly accidents caused by lift trucks and other in-plant vehicles.  It has been tested and proven to withstand the impact of a 10,000 lb. forklift moving at 5 mph.

Rack Guard

RackGuards feature a triangulated design with heavy-duty construction to deflect impact and prevent damage to rack uprights. These guards absorb the impact of a forklift or other moving vehicle - protecting your investment by taking the beating instead of your rack system uprights. Offered in two sizes - 12" and 24" heights, guards are constructed of steel and equipped with factory welded base plates that bolt directly to your facility floor.

Track Guards

Heavy-duty structural steel track guards protect overhead door tracks and are designed to absorb the impact of a forklift or other in-plantvehicle.  Standard 36" height provides front and side protection without interfering with normal door operation.  Wrap-around design quickly bolts to building floor for easy installation. Optional wall mount design and custom heights available upon request.

Aisle Guards

Aisle guards are constructed of heavy-duty steel angles. Corners are constructed of 1/2" x 12" formed steel plate.  Bolted connections simplify installation, and damaged components are easily replaceable.  Aisle guards are available in multiple sizes to accommodate various rack depths. 

Safety Bollards

Safety Bollards guard valuable plant equipment, loading dock areas, parking areas, building passageways, water mains and more. The extremely durable, structural steel design bolts easily to a variety of surfaces. 

Handrail

Hand Rail is easy to install and clearly defines pedestrian walkways, loading docks, production areas, assembly lines and more for added plant safety and efficiency.  It is ideal for use around in-plant offices, work platforms, balconies, stairs, equipment crossovers, landings, catwalks and mezzanines.

Safety Gates

Safety gates feature a floor mounted design ideal for use on mezzanines, in-plant office platforms, catwalks, elevated storage areas and more.  Spring loaded or sliding gates available with 6' and 8' openings.
